Greenville, SC. (January 12, 2022) – Moseley Marcinak Law Group LLP, a nationally recognized transportation and logistics is pleased to announce the addition of Stephanie Besselievre.

Besselievre assists clients in transportation related litigation matters. Prior to attending law school and joining the firm, Stephanie worked in the commercial truck rental industry.

Greenville, SC. (January 11, 2021) – Moseley Marcinak Law Group LLP, a nationally recognized transportation and logistics law firm is pleased to announce that Robert “Rocky” Rogers and Megan Early-Soppa have been elected to become partners in the firm effective January 1, 2021.

Rogers represents clients involved in the commercial motor vehicle industry, including motor carriers, 3PLS, transportation intermediaries, and insurers. He provides regional and nationwide guidance on insurance coverage, cargo/freight claims, commercial litigation matters, collections/contract disputes, and FMCSA and state regulatory compliance and permitting.

Early-Soppa is an experienced transportation and logistics attorney. She works with companies and individuals in the transportation industry to help them grow and protect their businesses inside and outside the courtroom. Early-Soppa puts her years of experience to work for clients analyzing complex claims and providing innovative legal strategies through pre-litigation settlement negotiations or at trial.

Nationally Recognized Transportation and Logistics Firm Adds New Partner to Greenville Location

Greenville, SC. (November 30, 2020) – Moseley Marcinak Law Group LLP, a nationally recognized transportation and logistics law firm is pleased to announce that Kristen Nowacki has joined the firm as a partner.

“We are thrilled to have Kristen join the firm,” said founding partner Rob Moseley. “Kristen’s prior experience will be of great benefit to our clients.”

Nowacki primarily advises insurance carriers on coverage issues and represents insurers in coverage disputes, including bad-faith litigation and declaratory judgment actions. She also represents motor carriers and brokers in litigation related to freight claims.

Prior to joining Moseley Marcinak, Nowacki worked as a coverage attorney for a trucking insurer where she advised claims adjusters on coverage issues, managed coverage litigation, and assisted the underwriting department.

Moseley and partner Fredric Marcinak launched their transportation and logistics law firm in April 2019 and currently have ten lawyers in two states handling work across the United States for some of the largest transportation and logistics companies in the world.
