Brycen concentrates her practice on commercial vehicle and motor carrier liability, representing trucking companies, commercial drivers, and insurers in a broad range of transportation-related disputes and litigation. Her experience spans the full life cycle of a claim—from early investigation, evidence preservation, and pre-suit evaluation through active litigation and resolution—and includes matters ranging from traditional negligence actions to complex, multi-defendant catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases.

Brycen is admitted to practice in Georgia and South Carolina and handles matters across all phases of litigation, from discovery through trial preparation.

Prior to joining Moseley Marcinak, Brycen practiced at a large national defense firm, where she handled transportation and general liability matters for national clients. That background informs her strategic and disciplined approach to litigation management and client advisement.

Brycen brings a practical, detail-oriented perspective to each matter, with an emphasis on early case assessment, strategic development, and efficient resolution.

Outside the office, Brycen enjoys spending time in Savannah with her husband and their three golden retrievers. She enjoys being on the water, exploring new restaurants, and appreciates interior design as a creative outlet.
