Lesesne focuses his practice on general corporate matters, corporate governance, and drafting and review of transportation-related contracts. In addition to general corporate matters and contracts, Lesesne works with clients on cargo claims, FMCSA and state regulatory compliance, and contract disputes.

Prior to working at Moseley Marcinak, Lesesne served as a law clerk to the Honorable Loren A. Smith, Judge on the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. Clerking for the Court of Federal Claims exposed Lesesne to complex contractual issues. During law school, Lesesne was a member of the Washington and Lee Law Review.

Outside the Office

Lesesne and his wife, Natalie, live in Greenville where Natalie is also an attorney. Lesesne enjoys spending time in the outdoors whether it be hiking or fly fishing. Additionally, Lesesne enjoys volunteering at Greenville’s Habitat for Humanity.
