Caroline represents motor carriers, commercial drivers, and insurers in transportation litigation and insurance coverage matters. Her practice focuses on defending catastrophic injury and wrongful death claims arising from commercial motor vehicle accidents, as well as resolving complex insurance coverage disputes involving transportation risks.

Caroline works with clients from the earliest stages of a claim through resolution, including early case assessment, litigation strategy, discovery, mediation, and trial preparation. She is committed to providing practical advice, efficient case management, and responsive communication throughout the litigation process.

Before joining Moseley Marcinak, Caroline developed broad civil litigation experience representing businesses and insurers in complex liability and insurance matters. That experience provides a practical perspective in evaluating risk, identifying early opportunities for resolution, and developing litigation strategies tailored to each client's objectives. She previously served as a Staff Attorney for the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, where she developed a strong foundation in legal analysis that continues to inform her approach to litigation
