John focuses his practice on general corporate matters, corporate governance, and drafting and review of transportation-related contracts. In addition to general corporate matters and contracts, John works with clients on cargo claims, FMCSA and state regulatory compliance, cross-border matters, and contract disputes.

Prior to working at Moseley Marcinak, John served as in-house / General Counsel for an international freight broker.

John and his wife Susan live in Rome, Georgia with their two kids, and dogs, where they are active in the community and attend St. Mary’s Church. John enjoys coaching his children’s teams, playing his own sports, and sharing his love of music with his kids.
