Cole Goode's practice focuses on trucking litigation and insurance coverage, representing motor carriers and their insurers in matters involving accidents with commercial vehicles, from first notice of loss through trial. He regularly advises carriers and adjusters on coverage questions and bad faith exposure as claims develop.

Cole began his legal career in 2022, clerking with two civil litigation firms and a district attorney's office, where he gained experience in medical malpractice, employment law, and felony prosecution. He then built a high-volume litigation practice handling personal injury defense, premises liability, and products liability matters, including a substantial caseload of motor vehicle accident claims. Cole has tried multiple cases to verdict before both judges and juries in South Carolina and has appeared regularly in courts across the state.
