Martin Cain assists clients in a variety of transportation litigation matters. A key part of Martin’s practice includes defending freight brokers in broker liability cases. Martin takes a measured approach to such cases, working with clients to understand the factual and legal issues presented. Additionally, Martin works with clients on towing disputes. Prior to joining the firm, Martin served as law clerk to the Honorable J. Cordell Maddox, Jr., Chief Administrative Judge of South Carolina’s Tenth Judicial Circuit. While in law school, Martin served as an Assistant Articles Editor on the Journal of Law and Education, as a tutor to first-year civil procedure students, as a student member of the John Belton O’Neall Inn of Court, and as a student practitioner in the Veterans Legal Clinic.
