Robb is an experienced litigator who has represented insurance companies and their insureds in personal injury, property damage, and commercial coverage cases. He has successfully tried over 50 cases to verdict across South Carolina and has represented some of the largest national insurance companies. At Moseley Marcinak, Robb focuses on civil litigation, representing trucking companies, their drivers, and logistics companies, as well as their insurance providers.

Prior to entering private practice, Robb served as an Assistant Attorney General under Attorney General Henry McMaster. In addition to his litigation experience, Robb is also a Certified Mediator in both the State Courts of South Carolina and in the South Carolina District Court. Robb is an active member of the South Carolina Bar, serving on the House of Delegates representing the Fifth Judicial Circuit. He has also chaired the South Carolina Bar’s Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee.

Outside the Office

Robb lives in Columbia with his wife, Jenny (Moore), their daughter, Maggie, and their two golden retrievers, Poly and Honey. They attend Eastminster Presbyterian Church. Jenny owns a travel agency, and they often travel together, especially to Walt Disney World, her specialty. When they’re not working or traveling, they enjoy watching Maggie play volleyball. In his spare time, Robb likes building things, tinkering, and collecting autographs and sports cards.
